Der Freitagabend klingt aus mit edlen Destillaten und Zigarren in der exklusiven Macardo Honesty Bar, danach übernachtest du im erstklassigen Macardo Premium Bed & Breakfast. Urs Portmann kommt persönlich vorbei und macht mit allen Teilnehmern noch eine spezielle Zigarren Präsentation.
The next day continues with theory and practice. You will distil the whisky mash and gain valuable insights into the distillation process. You will learn to separate the spirit into the first run, middle run and second run.
Our experienced course instructor, Ulrich Zeni, Europe-wide recognized specialist in distilling, and our master distiller, Bartholomäus Fink, will be on hand at all times to share their expertise with you. After lunch, the course continues until 3 pm.
