Enjoyment does not stop with spirits for us, this includes specialties. Quite the opposite. Together with regional producers, we are constantly creating new culinary delights. For example our Whisky Fondue. The spicy cheese fondue, refined with Macardo single malt whisky, is produced by the Holzhof cheese dairy in Amlikon-Bissegg. The composition of finest hard and semi-hard cheese, lemon juice and fine Swiss white wine as well as the Macardo whisky give our Whisky Fondue its unique spiciness. An absolute treat for fondue lovers. We are sure that we will meet your taste. 

Would you like something very special? How about our whisky sausage. The spicy whisky sausage is made by the butchery "dä müller" from Thundorf - from Swiss meat and refined with Macardo single malt whisky. Our whisky sausages are perfect for grilling, or can simply be drawn over hot water. This sausage specialty will be an absolute delight any way you prepare it. You must not miss it in any case. 

Perfectly match the Macardo Mustard creations with apricotswalnuts or dried pears. Excellent with meat, poultry and cheese. By the way, it is also suitable for marinades, salad dressings and dips - or simply on bread. And for dessert there are the finest glacés, refined with gin, vodka or sloe gin (only in spring/summer on the Macardo terrace).
