The Swiss "Aquavite di vinaccia" Müller-Thurgau is made from pure Müller-Thurgau grape marc from Swiss production in small batches. It impresses with its crystal-clear purity, the unadulterated flavour of Müller-Thurgau grapes and is also complex and mild on the palate. It is wonderfully floral, spicy, fruity, fresh and remarkably delicate. A pomace brandy from Switzerland, this "Aquavite di vinaccia" epitomises the highest Swiss art of distilling. It is one of the best single-varietal "grappa alternatives" from Swiss production.
