We distil the finest juniper together with an exquisite selection of 10 different regional organic botanicals over a wood fire. We guard and nurture the secret 18th century recipe with the utmost care to bring you an unrivalled gin experience.

Our multiple distillation ensures a pleasant and full-bodied mouthfeel. This intensifies the flavour so that our Sir Dry Gin retains its beguiling character even with tonic water or as a cocktail.

It goes without saying that we do not add any artificial flavourings or sugar to our Sir Dry Gin.
