Take our whisky fondue, for example. This savoury cheese fondue, refined with macardo Single Malt Whisky, is produced by the Holzhof cheese dairy in Amlikon-Bissegg. The combination of the finest hard and semi-hard cheeses, lemon juice and fine Swiss white wine, as well as Macardo whisky, gives our whisky fondue its unique flavour. An absolute treat for fondue lovers. We are confident that it will be to your taste.

Fancy something truly special? How about our whisky sausage. This spicy whisky sausage is produced by the butcher’s shop “dä müller” in Thundorf – made from Swiss meat and refined with Macardo Single Malt Whisky. Our whisky sausages are perfect for barbecuing, or can simply be poached in hot water. This sausage speciality is an absolute delight however you choose to prepare it. You simply mustn’t miss out on this.
The perfect accompaniment is Macardo mustard creations with apricots, walnuts or dried pears. Goes excellently with meat, poultry and cheese. Incidentally, it’s also ideal for marinades, salad dressings and dips – or simply spread on bread. And for dessert, there are the finest ice creams, enhanced with gin, vodka or sloe gin (only in spring/summer on the Macardo terrace).
