Dried pear mustard

Dried pear mustard with Macardo Vieille Poire. We chop up the pickled Williams pears that are used for the Macardo Vieille Poire. We then add them to the handmade mustard. This gives the mustard a wonderful fruity flavour and makes it an excellent accompaniment to meat, poultry and cheese. It is also suitable for marinades, salad dressings and dips - or simply on bread.

Ingredients: Mustard, dried pears, sugar, Macardo Vieille Poire. Store in a cool place.
