Williams Pear & Smoke

Our Williams brandy is made from fully ripe, highly flavoured Williams pears. Thanks to gentle fermentation and careful distillation, we achieve a quality that is unrivalled internationally - awarded the gold medal at the IWSC in London.

Based on an old Swiss recipe, this fine fruit brandy first matures in former whisky barrels and is refined with dried Williams pears. The delicate wood and whisky notes give it an elegant flavour without masking the characteristic pear aroma.

This distillate was allowed to mature for several years in a smoky whisky barrel - the result: a harmonious balance of fruity pear and fine, smoky nuances on the finish. An incomparable moment of pleasure - particularly suitable for a fine cigar.
