Discover the taste of the Thurgau autumn landscape with our Vieille Pomme apple brandy. We use old, almost forgotten apple varieties. These are not only characterised by their richness of flavour, but also by their contribution to the biodiversity and cultural heritage of the region.

After careful distillation, the Vieille Pomme is matured in ex-whisky casks, which gives it an additional dimension of depth of flavour. After the maturation process, we do not add any sugar or colouring at all. This allows us to preserve the natural purity and authentic flavour of the old apple varieties.
