Mulled Sloe Gin


Heat the apple juice with a few orange zests and two cinnamon sticks as well as - according to personal preference - some star anise and possibly a vanilla pod (do not boil!) and leave to infuse for about 20 minutes. Pour 20 ml of the spiced, hot apple juice and 20 ml of Macardo Sloe Gin into a heatproof glass, decorate with a cinnamon stick, orange zest and a slice of orange and possibly some star anise.


Small heat-resistant glass (1 dl)
20 ml Macardo Sloe Gin
250 ml Apple juice
2 Cinnamon sticks
Orange zest
Orange slices
Star Anise
Vanilla bean
