Once the focus was on cheese production, today it is the fine whiskies, spirits, vieilles and grappas from Macardo that reflect our passion. Our craft is based on the original method of distilling with wood, implemented in two stills specially made for us. Our distillation process combines deep knowledge with modern innovation. In our state-of-the-art barrel storage facility, our treasures mature in carefully selected barrels, surrounded by an optimal indoor climate. With over 400 individually hung barrels, whose condition is continuously monitored by advanced sensor technology, we are setting new standards in storage.
