Juice and peels are separately macerated, distilled, filtered and the distillate is aged. In the nose an intense aroma from the scent of fresh fruit peels and candied fruit. It spreads a very pleasant citrus note, like peeling a tangerine. A convincing taste by an elegant fruity character, very aromatic it softly coats the palate.
