This wine embodies 100% Thurgau. Made from the finest Thurgau AOC grapes, refined in Thurgau and bottled there as well. It is produced in limited edition. The cuvée bears the number "04", which is completed with the Macardo white wine "19" to the year 1904. The former cheese factory was built in 1904. Since November 2020, it now houses the Macardo distillery. A place where artisan tradition of enjoyment has been cultivated for more than 100 years.The following grape varieties were used for the "04" cuvée selected, which give it its distinctive flavor: Pinot Noir, Merlot and also Dornfelder. Cultivated and cared for the grapes on the Saxer Winery.
