This wine embodies 100% Thurgau. Made from the finest Thurgau grapes, refined and bottled in Thurgau. The limited edition cuvée bears the number "19", which is completed by the Macardo red wine "04" to mark the year 1904. It was in this year that the former cheese dairy was built, which is now home to the Macardo distillery. A place where the artisanal tradition of enjoyment has been cultivated for more than 100 years.

The following grapes were combined in this cuvée: Solaris, Sauvignac and Muscaris from the 2022 vintage.

The wine comes from organic and vegan production and has been certified by bioinspecta, CH-Bio-006.

The grapes were grown, cultivated and pressed on the Roland & Karin Lenz organic vineyard in Uesslingen.
