The multiple award-winning Thurgau "Thurbon", is made from Swiss rye, barley and also with more than 51% corn. According to a secret recipe from the USA improved by us. Our spring water comes from calcareous soils, as in the country of origin of the Bourbon, Kentucky. We mash all three grains together. Then we distill them over a wood fire and age the New Make in new, internally toasted American white oak barrels.
