Preparation

Mix 40 ml Macardo Sir Dry Gin, 40 ml ginger liqueur and 20 ml homemade lemon syrup with some ice cubes in a shaker, pour into a cocktail glass and fill up with mineral water. Stir well and decorate with straw and a lemon zest.
