Beautiful rum aroma, irresistible scent of sugar cane, elegant, subtly spicy, fine vanilla note with wood in the background.
Palate
Discreetly sweet and full-bodied, exotic, with coffee, chocolate, cinnamon, nutmeg and malt. Pleasant vanilla note with some coconut and wood, multilayered with round, fruity and long finish.
For our Swiss rum, we ferment sugar cane molasses from sustainable cultivation from small farms in India and Nicaragua. Separately and with selected special yeasts, we distill it over a wood fire. Then we let it mature in used whisky barrels. At the end, the blending of the two single-varietal rums takes place - according to a strictly guarded recipe. A Swiss rum of the highest quality, unique in taste, 100% natural, by the way, without sugar (couleur), caramel syrup, dyes or flavors.
